CCAF was established in 2009, providing free primary healthcare for grassroot seniors. Our operation is growing from strength to strength. From initially two clinics, we have now expanded into 11 service points. Our service area covers five local districts with service user times reaching over 20,000 annually.

I firmly believe that consolidating service from social welfare and healthcare professionals in local community is a feasible solution to the elderly issue. In the future, CCAF will pursue this path with zest together with our cooperation partners to create a caring and empathetic community for Hong Kong seniors. I am entrusting our Board members, staff, and volunteers with this task as I have great faith in our consolidated strengths.
