| Fare allowance for follow up 15 April 2020 to 31 July 2020
In the epidemic situation, many long-term patients still have to go to the hospital for follow-up consultation or medicine. To reduce their risk of infection, we have introduced a follow-up transportation allowance program to apply for registered elderly members. _Application period : from now to July 31, 2020 _Allowance : Each elderly member can get a taxi allowance of up to $200 ($100 per trip) For details, please contact the social worders and nurses at the 'CareAge Nurse Station' in each district. Places are limited, while stocks last. |

Detail:We have been sponsored by Ho Cheung Shuk Yuen Charitable Foundation for a new project "CareAge Nurse Station-Community Mediation Management".
In collaboration with HongKong Housing Society, this project will provide nursing service at Ming Management". In collaboration with HongKong Housing Society, this project will provide nursing consultation service at Ming Wah Dai Ha and Yue Kwong Chuen. The nurse will meet with the elders in need in the estate to conduct health assessment and drug management follow-up. Fee: Free
