Our History

2022

The second CareAge Health Centre was installed at Oi Man Estate in May, under the strong support of Mr. Li Kam On.

2021

Opening of the first CareAge Health Centre at Ki Lung Street, Shamshuipo, offering additional specialist services (ophthalmology, geriatric psychiatry, Chinese medicine, etc.) 

2019

- Established the 12th service point at Hing Wah (II) Estate, at Chai Wan. 

- Chan Dang Social Services Foundation continued to accord title sponsorship of the nurse stations in Kowloon City and Sham Shui Po.

- CCAF won the Grand Prize of the "2019 Most Impactful Small and Medium-sized Non-subvented NGO's Award" organized by the Hong Kong Council of Social Services.

2018

- CCAF officially became a member of the Community Chest, with title sponsorship of the Po Tat Nuse Station. 

- Installation of new service point at Kwai Chung District, setting its foothold at Lai King Estate and Kwai Fong Estate.

2017

- "Elderly Community Health Clinic" was officially renamed CareAge Nurse Station, emphasising our psoitioning a snurse clinics. 

- New service points were installed at On Tat Estate and Hoi Tan Street

2015

- The Chinese name of the organization was amended, 

- "Elderly Community Health Clinic" expanded its services to Sham Shui Po District.

2013

- New "Community Health Clinic for the Elderly" was extended to the Chun Seen Mei Tsuen in Kowloon City. 

- 3 Community Health Clinics were opend this year : at Lai Tak Tsuen and Wun Sha Street, Tai Hang 

- The Oi Man Estate service point in Kowloon City District was also put into service at the end of the same year, becoming the sixth service point.

2009-2011

CCAF was inaugurated as a recognized charitable organization in HK, exempted from tax under Inland Revenue Ordinance 88. The first "Elderly Community Health Clinic" was established in Po Tat Estate, Sau Mau Ping, Kwun Tong. The following year, a second nurse clinic was installed in Ho Man Tin Estate.
